Slow Cooker: Pulled Pork Recipe
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (small) tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Shoulder of Pork
  1. In a bowl, mix in the marinade ingredients. Add the pork joint and make sure it's coated in the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, put the pork and marinade into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Once cooked, remove any fat and pull the meat apart with forks.
Either eat straight away, or add the meat back to the BBQ sauce for a deeper flavour.
