Slow Cooker: Pulled Pork Recipe
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (small) tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Shoulder of Pork
- In a bowl, mix in the marinade ingredients. Add the pork joint and make sure it's coated in the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, put the pork and marinade into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Once cooked, remove any fat and pull the meat apart with forks.
Either eat straight away, or add the meat back to the BBQ sauce for a deeper flavour.
