Many of the big retailers have toy sales in the lead-up to Christmas, and these sales are perfect for grabbing those must-have gifts at a fraction of the cost.
It does mean planning what seems very far ahead, but it allows you to get the best deals.
We’ve listed the key toy sale dates from major retailers so you can make sure you get a bargain!
Top tip from Ricky:
Just because there is a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s the cheapest price.
I’ve seen in previous years that shops up their prices before a sale, then bang them into a 342 offer, and you don’t end up saving anything! Even though there is a sale, have a search to make sure it’s actually the cheapest price you’ll pay.

Literally none of the sakes have happened. Last year Sainsburys had a huge toy price reduction event and people swarmed it. None of it has happened this with any retailer. The current sales a feeble at best with very limited items.
