Iceland shoppers have until Thursday 5 November 2026 to qualify for £20 in bonuses through the supermarket’s Christmas Bonus Club offer.
Customers who add £100 of new savings to their Bonus Club account between 16 September and 5 November will receive an extra £15 Christmas bonus, on top of the usual £5 reward.
That means shoppers can turn £100 into £120 to spend at Iceland and The Food Warehouse, provided they meet the offer’s conditions.
But there’s a deadline for spending the extra Christmas bonus too.
How to get Iceland’s £20 bonus
To qualify, you need to add at least £100 of new money to a registered Iceland Bonus Club account during the promotional period.
You don’t have to pay it all in one go. Several smaller top-ups count, as long as they total £100 between 16 September and 5 November.
Here’s how the rewards work:
- Add £100 of your own money to Bonus Club.
- Get the usual £5 reward (£1 for every £20 saved), added within 48 hours.
- Receive an extra £15 Christmas bonus by 22 November 2026.
Any money already in your account before 16 September won’t count towards the £100 target. Neither will bonus money Iceland has previously added.
The Christmas offer is available to all registered Bonus Club members aged 18 or over who live in the UK. You don’t need a special invitation.
However, you can only receive one extra £15 Christmas bonus per customer.
Iceland’s Bonus Club works differently from many supermarket loyalty schemes because you earn rewards when you add money, rather than when you spend it.
You can compare other schemes in our guide to supermarket loyalty cards.
Skint Dad says:
Getting an extra £15 for money you were already planning to spend at Iceland is a decent deal.
But you’re committing £100 to one supermarket, so make sure you’ll actually use it. And don’t forget, the extra Christmas bonus expires on Christmas Eve.
How to add your money before the deadline
You can top up through the Iceland Bonus Club app or website. In the app, select ‘My Card’, then ‘Top Up’.
Iceland also advertises in-store top-ups, although its Christmas Saver terms contain conflicting wording about whether these qualify for the extra bonus.
If you’re adding money specifically for this offer, using the app or website is the safer option.
It’s worth doing this before the final day, as Iceland says top-ups can take up to 48 hours to appear on your account.
You can find the full details on Iceland’s official Christmas Bonus page.
When does the Christmas bonus expire?
The extra £15 must be spent by 24 December 2026.
If you’re shopping in-store, you must use it before closing time on Christmas Eve. Online, you have until 11.59pm that day.
Any unused Christmas bonus will then be removed from your account.
There’s another important catch. Your savings and rewards can only be spent at participating Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores or online at Iceland.
They cannot be used at Iceland Local, The Range or other retailers, and there’s no cash alternative.
