These offers run through November and December, and they cover everything from big shopping trips to skincare treats and Christmas drinks.
You do need to save each offer to your card through the Amex app or website before using it, and each one comes with its own rules.
Below, we’ve broken down the main deals in plain English so you can see which ones are worth a look.
Shopping destinations
If you’re planning a day out or finishing off your Christmas list, a few popular spots have decent cashback attached.
Bicester Village:
Spend £600 in total across participating shops and get £60 back. Valid once until 31 December.
Covent Garden:
Spend £50 across participating stores and get £10 back. Valid until 31 December.
Carnaby Street and Soho:
Spend £50 across participating stores and get £10 back. Valid until 31 December.
These areas aren’t exactly cheap, but if you’re going anyway for gifts or a family outing, saving a tenner or more isn’t something to turn down.
Quick tip: Make sure the shop is on Amex’s participating list before you buy, or you won’t get the cashback.
Fashion, jewellery and skincare
A few well-known retailers are offering a return on spending. These are handy if you’re treating someone to something special or grabbing a stocking filler.
Russell and Bromley:
Get 10 per cent back on any spend. Valid until 30 November. (Shop now)
Harrods (online only):
Spend £200 in total and get £30 back. Valid until 31 December. (Shop now)
Bucherer:
Spend £400 on one purchase and get 5 per cent back, up to £200. Valid until 17 December. (Shop now)
Molton Brown:
Spend £75 or more and get 15 per cent back. Valid until 31 December. (Shop now)
These shops aren’t bargain territory, so view these offers as a small reduction, not a green light to overspend.
A discount is helpful, but not if it tempts you into buying something you wouldn’t normally consider.
Drinks for the season
If you’re stocking up for Christmas or hosting family, there are a couple of deals on wine.
Nyetimber:
Get 20 per cent back on all purchases. Valid until 31 December. (Shop now)
Berry Bros and Rudd:
Spend £250 in total and get £50 back. Valid until 31 December. (Shop now)
These are premium wine brands, so only worth it if you already buy from them. They’re not a cheap option for casual drinkers.
How to use the offers properly
To get any cashback, you must save the offer to your card before you spend. Some deals have limited spaces, so if you’re interested, save it early even if you don’t plan to use it straight away.
Cashback usually appears within 30 days, though it can take longer. It comes through as a statement credit, which reduces what you owe rather than giving you cash in your hand.
Are these deals worth it?
They can be, but only if they match what you already planned to buy. Spending £600 just to get £60 back doesn’t make sense unless you were heading to Bicester Village anyway.
A tenner saved in Covent Garden or Carnaby Street is helpful for anyone picking up small gifts, grabbing a bite to eat, or finishing off stocking fillers.
If you’re shopping online for beauty or fashion and the spend lines up anyway, you may as well take the cashback.

Skint Dad says:
A deal is only a deal if it helps your budget, not if it nudges you into spending more than you planned.
Final tip
Before you use any of these offers, check the full terms on the Amex app so you know which shops count and whether you need to make one purchase or several. That small bit of checking can save you from missing out.
