High street fashion chain New Look has officially launched Club New Look, its first-ever loyalty scheme, and it’s completely free to join.
The retailer, which has more than 330 stores across the UK, says the new club will give shoppers weekly discounts, early access to sales and exclusive member-only perks.
How the new club works
Once you sign up, you’ll unlock “Club Prices”, special discounts on hundreds of full-priced items each week.

You’ll see these offers marked with a small badge showing both the regular and member price side by side, so it’s easy to spot how much you’re saving.
It’s a simple idea: no points to collect, no vouchers to track, just lower prices automatically applied when you shop.
Free to join and quick to set up
Joining is free and only takes a minute. You can sign up through the New Look app or at www.newlook.com/uk/club. Once you’re in, you’ll get a 25% welcome discount to use online on full-priced items.
If you don’t see the option yet, don’t worry. New Look is rolling out the scheme gradually to all UK customers.

Chief Executive Helen Connolly said the aim is to make customers “feel seen, appreciated and inspired.”
She added that after a soft launch that attracted half a million members, New Look is hoping to reach 800,000 sign-ups by the end of the year.
