On Sunday 7 December I finally got to marry my best friend and soul mate Naomi. It was an amazing ceremony which didn’t cost the earth and as a bonus I now save a bit of money on my tax with the Marriage Allowance (always the money saver!)
The experience was one of the best days of my life and the memories will last for eternity.
Because we’re enjoying the start of our wonderful married life together I’ve decided to turn on my out of office and take a week or so off from the site. Don’t fret though as I’ve already got some content waiting to be published and over the next week there will also be some awesome guest posts from a range of people.
If you’re the nosey type, check out a few photos from our special day.
Merry Christmas!

I’m really enjoying this blog; so interesting! Definitely relevant for so many people; me and the hubby were talking about cutting back this year to do some serious saving if we can.
Congratulations to you and your wife – looks like a wonderful day.
p.s. We got married last year at the same venue as you; I’d recognise it anywhere :)
