Aldi and Lidl wine offers
Aldi and Lidl don’t usually run a straight 25% off six bottles deal.
- Aldi: Often offers savings on cases of wine or online orders
- Lidl: Occasionally runs percentage discounts on selected ranges
If this changes, we’ll update this page.
You’ll love this tip! Consider joining the Aldi Wine Club for three free bottles of wine every three months.
How much discount is 25%?
When getting 25% off wine, here is how much each bottle will be discounted:
- £5.50 discounts to £4.13
- £6.50 becomes £4.50
- £7 discounts to £5.25

The more expensive the bottle, the bigger the saving.
Other ways to save on wine
Supermarkets aren’t the only option.
- Majestic Wine: Regularly offers 25% off when you buy six bottles
- Virgin Wines: Often has large new-customer discounts
- Online delivery: Can save time and fuel if you’re buying in bulk
It’s always worth checking prices, as a smaller discount on a cheaper bottle can still work out better.
Tops tips to get the best from the wine deals
On top of the savings on wines, you could save more money…
It’s not just about supermarkets
You’ve got more options than the supermarkets when looking for deals on 75cl wines or 25% off wine.
Best wine offer today
Forget the supermarket offers! Laithwaites Wine is offering up to 30% off wine.
Plus, you can get free standard delivery when you order your first case.
Search with specialists
Majestic Wine offers 25% off wines, and you can get free standard delivery when you buy 6 bottles of wine (or more).
If you have a store near you, they also offer tasting clubs for a £5 donation to charity, where you can learn more about wine and how to pair it.
You can also buy wine online through the Virgin Wines website. New customers can get £50 off the first order, plus free delivery.
It’s a great wine offer and means the wine costs from £4.99 a bottle – and it’s delivered to your door, which makes it easier than carrying it from the car!
Amazon
Although not the first website you might use to buy wine, Amazon has lots of choices on wine deals, and you can save money buying a crate of wine.
Amazon sell wines by the case (some are on subscribe and save to get an extra 5 or 15% discount too).
Stock up abroad
You will get big discounts and save £4 a bottle if you shop with Calais Wine.
You’ll likely be buying more than 6 bottles of wine, though!
To get to the superstore, you’ll need to follow the wine route across the UK channel to France, so it can cost more to travel, but wine costs from just £1.49 a bottle, and they do offers on travel.
On the plus side, you could also have a fun day out too!
Shop around for prices
Just because you see 25% off, your favourite bottle may not always be the cheapest.
Check on prices at the other supermarkets, just in case there are deals on individual bottles.
Get cashback
When shopping online, you can get money back each time you shop.
A cashback deal allows you to get wines straight to your door from a supermarket, making them mega cheap!
Delivery vs click and collect
You can get deal wines in store today.
What may be easier is to make sure you can get the wine you want without a wasted trip. You can order online and have it delivered or use click-and-collect (click-and-collect will be the cheaper option).
Each supermarket has a minimum basket value of qualifying purchases for online shopping.

As a Canadian, I can also find wine deals in supermarkets, better yet it’s so convenient. But since the pandemic, I know a lot of people who have begun ordering wine kits online and making their own – this is the ultimate way to save money.. Thanks for the tips
